Aaron Lovelace, age 27,  passed away unexpectedly on May 15th of this year.  His passing is a tragic loss for our family and friends.   Aaron was an integral part of BlueSkySearch and will be missed by all his friends in the produce industry.  Aaron was a genuinely good person who quietly relished the fact that he was helping a lot of people find jobs.  

Aaron Lovelace designed the original website for BlueSkySearch.com in 1998 when he was only 15 years old.  He took his father to Office Depot in Salinas, CA, and told me to buy Microsoft software.  When asked why he said, "Duh Dad, trust me ."  It took him about three hours, start to finish, to design the first rollout.  But that was typical of him.  For the last five years of his life, Aaron was the Director of Operations for BlueSkySearch.com.  He excelled in his craft, and was a perfectionist if ever there was one.  Aaron was a brilliant young man who achieved much in his all too short life. 

Aaron dearly loved his family and sought a balance between work and home.   He and his loving wife Qiana were blessed with two adorable daughters, Ariana and Cloey.  They moved from the Salinas Valley to Yuma five years ago; they loved the desert life and decided to make Yuma, Arizona their permanent home.   Each and every day, he packed up the kids, my grandkids, and drove across town to the office.  He never missed a day of work for five years, until his last month.

I am very thankful that for the last five years, my son and I worked side by side every single day.  He was a joy to be with because he lived life with an unwavering sense of humor through good times and bad, always finding the bright side of things no matter what the situation was.

Aaron was a great person and a great son.  I just wanted you to know.
