Salinas based company is searching for an executive sales assistant reporting to directly to the vice president of retail sales. The ESA’s primary responsibility is to support the vice president of retail sales, with secondary responsibilities to a six member regional sales manager team and a national network of food brokers.

Responsibilities to the vice president of retail sales include making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, monitoring Microsoft Outlook schedule, running sales reports from enterprise software, calculating monthly broker commissions, tracking of MDF spending, and coordinating sales meetings. Must be able to analyze as well as run sales reports. Accounting experience is preferred but not required.
