We are conducting a search for a well-established and respected agribusiness
firm based in charming eastern North Carolina for their next Chief Financial
Officer. This is a great opportunity for the right person to grow and become an

JOB OUTLINE:
Reporting to the CEO, the roles and responsibilities of the CFO will greatly
impact all the critical financial, tactical and strategic initiatives of the
organization. He/She should be a highly valued, forward looking business advisor
to the CEO and the organization.
The CFO is accountable for maintaining accurate, relevant, and timely financial
reports and records on a monthly and quarterly basis as well as managing all
aspects of the financial processes, budgeting and projections. The CFO will
direct accounting to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of capital,
human resources, and assets while maintaining appropriate internal controls to
assure compliance with good financial policies and procedures in safeguarding
the company’s assets.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Related Studies
Advanced Degree in Business (MBA) is desirable, but not required
Certifications:
CPA, CMA or similar designations are desirable, but not required
Experience Required:
Seven years managing all aspects of corporate finance
