Our organic client is actively searching for an experienced produce sales representative.  This position requires travel.  Experience in sales of organic produce, bilingual Spanish, computer literate, experience with inventory software, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and team oriented work ethic.  Work in a face paced open sales office in California with occasional trips to our packing facility.

Job Duties:

• Manage, execute, and follow up on inbound customer orders and communications via phone and email

• Process customer credit requests

• Direct shipping department in freight reservations

• Monitor outbound bookings

• Accurately distribute inbound information from customers to packing house for distribution of product and fulfillment of orders

• Maintain long standing customer relationships

• Enter orders in Software SAP

• Communication with Supervisor regarding

• Feedback from customers

• Quality Concerns

• Inventory Allocation

• Possible sales leads

• Work as a team member to achieve sales goals

• Track freight and relay information to customers
