Our produce industry client is a well established produce marketing company based in Southern California.  We are seeking a professional produce sales account manager with proven sourcing/buying experience.  The company markets to independent grocers, retail chains, food service operators and food processors.  The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience sourcing and selling specifically in fruit and vegetables and/or specialty or ethnic commodities such as melons, citrus, berries, potatoes onions, stone fruit, mangos chilies, avocados, apples, asparagus, corn, etc.  Would be interested in someone with Hispanic or Middle Eastern Market sales and sourcing experience.  Seeking a self starter who handle existing accounts, prospect new accounts and provide sourcing experience to expand the company's commodity lines.
 
Compensation includes a starting salary between $50K to $150K depending upon experience, and an excellent employee benefits package.
