Our rapidly growing produce company seeks an exceptional sales management
professional to join our team as our new Director of Sales. Come join a

role requiring a hard working, go-getter that likes the challenge of tackling
projects big and small.
As our Director of Sales you will be responsible for:

Growing both existing and new sales and
delivering the overall sales number for the company.

Overseeing the planning and execution of retail
sales initiatives of our product lines.

Supervision of both our field and customer
service teams.

Ensuring that our product mix is optimized at
the store level.

Developing and utilizing sales data to
effectuate optimum program performance and maximum continuous growth of our
product lines.
Accountable for total sales, same store / account
growth, pricing, promotional program implementation, merchandising
implementation, customer service, forecasting, customer relationships, and much
more. Reports to the CEO.
Candidates:
-
B.S. in Marketing or higher, business or related
discipline.

Minimum of ten years sales management experience
with background selling to the Supermarket, produce or other perishable
goods industry.

Experience managing teams a must.

Excellent multi-tasking capabilities, attention
to detail, and superior organizational and interpersonal skills.

Must have a demonstrated ability to use sales
data analysis to achieve account growth objectives.

Experience with CRM software a plus.
