Oversee the packing of fruit destined for
company throughout the season.

Print labels for fruit packed at source for
delivery to our direct customers.

Set and uphold the client quality standards
during packing and complete label and quality check sheets.

Monitor our program’s vs. loading plan at
source.

Understand and communicate any potential
shortfalls or surplus in availability (volume and/or sizes) to our team.

Give feedback to the team over potential quality
issues prior to fruit departure.

Provide regular crop, packing, maturity and
weather (as well as physical movements) updates via daily/weekly reports.

Provide team with information about any
potential new varieties and arrange samples. (Long Term Objective of

Co-ordinate any trials e.g. pre-packing at
source, post harvest trials etc. (Long Term Objective of position)

Assist in the preparation for customer visits
i.e. “map out the visit route”, communicate the visit preparation document,

Understand the strategy and activity of our US
