One of the nation’s leading produce growers shippers is seeking an ambitious and energetic individual to serve as the company’s Growers Relations Manager.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing plans with growers, advising growers on cultural practices and current markets, and communicating fruit and field conditions and harvest forecasting to the company’s sales team.

Requirements:

• Four year college degree majoring in Agriculture related field of study is required.

• Minimum 4 years of agricultural experience in produce growing operations is required.

• Ability to travel frequently throughout the region is a part of the job.

• Bilingual is a big plus.
