USE OF MATERIAL SUPPLIED BY YOU:

Employer Direct Job Ad Postings are not private - You grant BlueSkySearch.com the right to reproduce, publish, transmit and distribute any material you supply or communicate to the Service. Materials would include written Ad Copy, Job Descriptions, Logos, Images, Labels, application contact addresses and information.

Confidential Blind Box Job Ads are private – Employers should submit a written request to post a Confidential Blind Box Ad and we will not publish or reveal any information that you so designate as private.

Resume Bio Postings are not private – By submitting your Resume Bio to be published in our Candidates On Deck section, you grant your consent and approval and fully authorize BlueSkySearch.com to publish and make public the information contained in your Resume Bio.
Resumes are private – We will not release your resume and any supporting documentation to any third party without your prior consent and approval for us to do so.

Copyright Complaints

BlueSkySearch.com respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the access of users, subscribers, and account holders who infringe the copyright rights of others.

You agree that this Agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of ARIZONA applicable to contracts to be wholly performed therein, and any action based on or alleging a breach of this Agreement must be brought in a state or federal court in ARIZONA. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This Agreement is the complete and entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral.
