Amistad Freight Services, Inc. is an established transportation brokerage firm located in Walnut Grove, California actively seeking for a highly motivated professional to maintain current operations and expand into new territories.  If you have a verifiable customer and truck following then we want to talk to you.  We offer a very competitive salary/bonus package and benefits to the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in the transportation industry or at least 2 years of direct transportation brokerage or 3PL experience

• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiating

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Solid problem solver with proven ability to resolve conflicts

• Self starter with desire to succeed

• Excellent networking skills

• Strong attention to detail, customer satisfaction, vendor relations, and follow up

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 or more years in the transportation industry preferably as a transportation broker or 3PL provider

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
