Established by Ralph and Cheryl Broetje in 1967, Broetje Orchards is today one of the largest privately owned orchards in the world.  Nearly 5,000 contiguous acres stretch along the Snake River near Prescott, Washington, with another 550 acres of certified organics in Wallula.  We have over 1.1 million square feet of state-of-the-art storage and packing facilities on-site, and we employ 1,100 full-time year-round employees.  Our commitment to an overall, verifiable quality control program led us to be the first grower in the nation to receive Safe Quality Food (SQF) 1000 and 2000 certification in our orchards and packing facilities.
