After more than thirty years of organic farming, Capay Organic grows more than 150 varieties of fruits and vegetables on 700 acres of certified organic land. The farm is owned and operated by the second generation farmers and in keeping with their parents’ vision, brothers Noah, Thaddeus and Freeman practice healthy crop rotation, encourage a diverse ecosystem around the fields, efficiently use local water sources, and carefully select produce varieties that grow well and taste great.

Capay Organic’s sales team sells directly to wholesalers, grocers and restaurants, and manages over 20 farmers market locations.
