Del Monte Fresh Produce (Canada) Corp is seeking qualified individuals for the following positions, based in Oshawa, Ontario. Ideal candidates should possess either a College/University Degree (from an accredited institution, in a related agricultural/business field), and/or equivalent work experience:

District Sales Manager (Fresh Produce): Must have at least 3 years prior sales experience in fresh produce, targeting retail and food service. Ideal candidates would possess expert, sales knowledge of both whole and processed fruit/vegetable items. Candidates should also be familiar with Customs’ requirements, the international transfer of fresh products, and a good understanding of the potential Canadian customer base.

Operations Manager (Fresh-Cut Production): Must have at least 5 years prior experience in fresh-cut produce processing, or related food processing knowledge. Ideal candidates should have previous experience with large groups of sub-contracted laborers, be cognizant of yield control, and understand process flows.

Quality Control Manager (Fresh Produce): Must have at least 3 years prior supervisory experience in fresh produce, with a focus on fresh-cut fruit and/or vegetable production. Must have comprehensive knowledge of, and prior experience in the implementation of, Canadian Food Safety Security programs and regulations.

Office Manager: Must have at least 5 years previous supervisory and/or managerial experience in a similar role. Prior experience managing all administrative and accounting functions, as well as, the supervision and training of office/administrative staff.

Finance Manager: Must have at least 5 years prior experience in financial and/or accounting functions, with a thorough understanding of Canadian financial regulations, including implementation of financial policies and procedures.
