Manfredini Enterprises is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to service new and existing accounts/territories.  Primary responsibility will be the development of new business along with maintaining customer relations.  This position will also be responsible for supporting the administrative functions related to sales activities within the facility as it relates to order processing, pricing and the development of incremental business and new product introductions with existing accounts when not traveling.  Interested candidates should have a minimum of five years experience selling perishable vegetables or produce, be able to work independently and be driven to succeed.

Job Duties:

• Development of new business accounts and territories.

• Develop incremental business and introduce new products with existing customers.

• Maintain customer relations with new and existing accounts.

• Review market trends, pricing and competition on a regular basis.

• Work with Management to achieve target margins.

• Perform administrative functions related to sales activities.

• Ensure customer accounts receivables are within company terms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience selling perishable vegetables or produce.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Regular travel to current and prospective customers.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual:  English/Spanish is a plus for this position.
