• Grower and produce selection.  We personally screen our growers carefully to make sure they have excellent practices in place for raising and harvesting their crops.  We scrutinize their produce to make sure it meets our high standards.

• Transportation.  We vigorously protect the cold chain from initial pick-up to drop off at your site. 

• Handling.  We care for each piece of produce with gentle hands.  We pack orders delicately.  Carefully.
