Strong candidates for this position will have prior experience in agricultural support services, non-profit and website administration, contract and project management, and demonstrate overall financial acumen, as well a specific ability in the areas of budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue generation.
A typical candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Biology, Agricultural Science, or a related field. Candidates with five or more years of mid-level and/or senior-level management experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience living and working in the State of California is highly desirable, but not required.
The annual salary range for the incoming Executive Director is $120,000-$150,000; placement within this range is dependent upon qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
