JOB TITLE: Warehouse Person
SALARIED OR HOURLY: Hourly
PURPOSE: Ensure that outgoing and incoming trucks are loaded and unloaded in a safe and timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load outgoing and inbound trucks and directed
- Pull orders from the warehouse
- Maintain safety as the priority at all times
- Advise supervisors of any unsafe conditions or make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor all equipment to ensure that it is maintained properly
- Maintain inventory records as needed, such as the RF guns.
- Ensure that all other tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read a limited number of two-and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and dived with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one – or two- step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Electric pallet jack certified or at least base knowledge of operations
- Forklift certified or at least base knowledge or operations
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Managements systems and Database software.

Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
