Who we are- Sanitation Specialists is a leader in providing contract Sanitation services for food processing facilities across the United States. We are sanitation experts that create programs specifically designed for each of our customers' needs. Our teams assess, design, and implement proper sanitation procedures for widely known corporations in the food manufacturing sector.

What we are looking for - Sanitation Specialists is searching for a highly skilled Sanitation Manager that will be the primary representation of Executive Leadership in their assigned geographical area. This individual will serve as a liaison between the Executives at our Corporate office and the Executive teams at one of our most well-known customer sites in Tennessee.

The individual placed in this role will be responsible for developing and nurturing positive relationships with one of our biggest customers.  The skills needed for this position (both technical and interpersonal) are unique - but non-negotiable by any means. Eloquent communication, superb verbal and written skills, in both English and Spanish is required.   

Primary Duties

  • Provide consistent supervision and guidance to all Sanitation Supervisors and Leads at designated accounts.
  • Contribute to all the Supervisors' success by monitoring the completion of tasks/goals, coaching, performing evaluations, and disciplining when necessary.
  • Attend to and participate in meetings with our customers' leadership teams.
  • Analyze sanitation metrics and standards, monitoring budget constraints.
  • Accountable for making sure our service meets and exceeds our customers' needs.
  • Collaboration with the Human Resources Department to accomplish positive outcomes (I.e. hiring, terminations, promotions, investigations, documentation, etc.)
  • Being present at our customer's food production facilities, which are usually a cold/wet environment.
  • Interact with employees of all levels in the organization, and provide suggestions on how to improve the work environment, work processes, efficiencies, etc.
  • Build rapport and trust with our customers so that they have a positive experience working with our company.
